Ecohousehub specializes in providing soundproofing solutions for bedrooms in busy neighborhoods. Our services include:
All quotations provided by Ecohousehub are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, project complexity, and site-specific requirements. Final pricing will be confirmed in writing before commencement of work. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms are as follows:
We strive to complete all projects within the estimated timeframe provided. However, timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors including but not limited to weather conditions, material availability, unforeseen structural issues, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Ecohousehub will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work diligently to minimize project disruption.
The client is responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. This includes removing furniture, decorations, and personal items from the installation area. Ecohousehub is not responsible for damage to items left in the work area. The client must also ensure that all necessary permissions from building management or relevant authorities are obtained prior to commencement of work.
Ecohousehub provides a warranty on workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of installation completion. Manufacturer warranties on materials, including double-glazed windows and acoustic foam products, will be passed on to the client. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations.
While we employ high-quality materials and professional installation techniques, soundproofing effectiveness may vary based on numerous factors including building structure, noise source intensity, and frequency. Ecohousehub makes no guarantee of specific decibel reduction levels but commits to using industry best practices. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
Clients may cancel services with written notice. Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the scheduled installation date will receive a full refund of the deposit minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the scheduled date will forfeit 50% of the deposit. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after work has commenced, though clients may reschedule subject to availability.
All content on the Ecohousehub website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Ecohousehub and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Ecohousehub is committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during quotation requests, consultations, or service delivery will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. We comply with applicable data protection regulations.
In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions or the services provided, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through mediation before pursuing legal action. These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts.
Ecohousehub reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining terms remain in full force and effect.
